The Time Bandit - Dick Horne -

Modern Impressario and Purveyor of the American Dime Museum in Baltimore, Maryland.  Dick entered Pexcho's life in 2003 on a spontaneous family visit to his Dime Museum of Oddities and Historic Wonders.  Being the inspirational muse for this "Freak Show", the inevitability of this connection to Pexcho's works could have not occurred as soon as it has.  Hence, and image of "Bob" could not be omitted.
